May 16:: Interview with Dr.Arti Mehta
Dr. Mehta is a licensed, board-certified naturopathic physician committed to providing comprehensive healthcare by understanding both the patient and the cause of illness.
Dr. Mehta works with patients of all ages and practices general medicine for both acute and chronic conditions, such as cancer, HIV, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and more. She also has significant experience in management of obesity, weight loss and nutrition. She teaches wellness and prevention strategies, as well as employs treatments that are safe, effective and economical. April 18th:: Interview with Ishu Krishna, Side A
We interview up and coming director and producer, Ishu Krishna.
Ishu Krishna has an MFA in Film and Electronic Media from American University. She wrote the film Arrange to Settle as part of her Masters Thesis. This is her first feature film, but she has a substantial resume filled with productions encompassing fiction and non-fiction works. Among her productions is her short film Tiebreaker which won an award for Best Graphics and was screened as part of the Best Of show at the 48 Hour Film Project Washington, D.C. 2010. The trailer for Tiebreaker was available on Comcast on Demand and was an official selection of the Our City Film Festival. Ms. Krishna directed the spec TV Pilot Young Adult which went onto receive an IndieFest Award of Merit.
